White Mausu Black Bean Rayu is inspired by Chinese and Japanese oils, but made in Ireland. It's a delicious combination of fermented Chinese black beans which give a uniquely savoury and satisfying flavour, with black sesame and gochugara pepper flakes. It's salty and spicy flavour with a hint of fruity smokiness goes with just about anything but is particularly good with stir-fries, noodle soups and as a base for dipping sauces.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, fermented black beans (soya)(13%), black sesame, gochugaru, chilli flake, tamari (soya), garlic, Sichuan pepper, raw cane sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, star anise.
