Thai Shrimp Paste, 200g

Shrimp paste is a widely used ingredient right across South East Asia, it's a pungent, salty paste that adds umami and depth of flavour to stir fries, curries and sambals.

To bring out the flavour, toast in a frying pan over a low heat until really fragrant.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
