In Spain, Tejas are the curved roof tiles that you see in many parts of the country. Casa Eceiza have recreated that shape using almond biscuits and covered them in a delicious chocolate orange. The flavour is a heavenly combination of creamy chocolate, crunchy almond biscuit and a delicate hint of citrus.....they are amazing!
