These cooked and frozen mussels contain all their natural juices, making them perfect for all kinds of seafood dishes. The cooking juices add so much flavour to sauces and shellfish stocks.
Defrost before using, they can be defrosted in a microwave on medium power for 2½ minutes, or left in the fridge overnight.
Once defrosted consume within 24hrs.
