Galician Clams Cooked & Frozen, 250g

These cooked and frozen clams are ideal for paella dishes, pasta dishes, chowders or just served with a squeeze of lemon and some chilli.

They are cooked in the pouches and then flash frozen to lock in all the flavour, the bag also contains all the cooking juices which are ideal to add to sauces and stocks for what ever dish you are creating.

Defrost fully before eating, either in a fridge or in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute. Do not add salt.

Once defrosted do not refreeze and use within 24hrs.
