Carefully selected from sustainably caught sardines, these fillets are expertly prepared by hand and lovingly packed on a bed of organic seaweed (sea lettuce & bladderwrack) to preserve their delicate texture and deep, savoury flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer unused contents into a non-metalic container, cover and refrigerate. Consume within 2 days.
