Both hinges are very loose and the book should be handled with care, though the text block appears to remain together. The leather and boards show general rubbing and wear consistent with age and regular handling. The interior is in better condition than the exterior suggests: pages are generally clean throughout, with some scattered spotting and light foxing visible on the preliminary leaves. A sound copy structurally, though one that would benefit from a conservator's attention to the hinges before regular use.
