The Korean Pantry Dumpling Sauce is a delicious sweet and sharp combination of gluten free Korean soy sauce with onions, vinegar, sugar and a touch of chilli. It's perfect dipping sauce for pot stickers, gyozas, mandu, xia long bao, both grilled or steamed. It has all the umami from the soy with a lovely onion background flavour and the sweet and sharp flavours from the vinegar and sugar....Yum. Also try adding a sprinkle on the Kimchi Chilli Flakes on to your dumplings as well....even more Yum!!
