Shedletskys Original Kimchi, 350g

Shedletskys Original Kimchi is unpasteurised, additive free and a natural super food. It's fermented for 14 days and is packed with gut-friendly lacto bacteria.

Think of Kimchi as a condiment, just like mustard or ketchup so eat it as a side dish with rice and noodles and experiment with it added in to your cooking. I love it chopped and mixed into mayo to serve with burgers, tacos and hotdogs.

Storage:
Whilst it's fine to keep the kimchi out of the fridge for a few days, for long-term storage, keep your jar of kimchi in the fridge, even before you open it.
