Riso Toro Arborio Rice is produced by the Martinotti family who have been producing rice for over a century. They have become one of the leading producers in Italy.

Arborio rice is small and round in shape, it's high levels of starch make it ideal for cooking creamy risottos. This rice needs around 20 minutes of cooking in a good quality stock for the grains to become tender.
