Kikkoman Ponzu is a classic Japanese condiment that's used as a dipping sauce, marinade or as an ingredient for dressings and sauces.

Try mixing ponzu with finely diced fresh ginger, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a regular soy sauce as a dressing fresh grilled tuna.
